Organization Structure
General Assembly
The supreme governing body composed of founding members, community elders, and key regional stakeholders. Meets annually to review long-term strategy, approve major policy changes, and appoint the Board of Directors.
Board of Directors
Composed of 5 highly distinguished professionals providing strategic guidance, ensuring strict political/religious neutrality, and maintaining absolute fiduciary oversight. The board meets quarterly.
Executive Director (Founder & Coordinator)
Appointed by the Board, the Executive Director (Naol Tamene) oversees the day-to-day administrative, strategic, and financial operations of the organization, ensuring legal compliance and direct execution of the 5-year vision.
Program Management Unit (PMU)
Led by full-time professionals managing the specific multi-sectoral development pillars (Education & Infrastructure, WASH, Women & Youth, Climate Resilience).
Decentralized Hub Committees
Direct operations managed via localized nodes: Muggii Field Operations Base (field execution), Dambidoolloo Node (logistics & supply chain), and Finfinnee Center (strategy, compliance, and international relations).
