Economic Empowerment & Livelihood Diversification: Deploy a community-managed revolving micro-finance seed fund of 500,000 ETB, providing vocational training and diversified income paths for 150 unemployed youth and vulnerable families by Year 3.

Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH): Construct or safely rehabilitate 5 solar-powered shallow wells and 6 multi-cubicle institutional school sanitation blocks, paired with continuous hygiene awareness campaigns to reach 5,000+ residents.

Empowering youth with practical skills in tailoring, carpentry, IT, and agriculture to become self-reliant entrepreneurs.
